Food Documentary Impression

My initial thoughts after watching Food Inc.was that it had a powerful message. It was telling its audience(the general public) of a major problem in America that isn't getting solved. It was timely because it came out in 2008 right after a few food recalls in 2007 and 2006. When the media was started to get into the bad habits of the large food corporations, this documentary emerged shedding even more light. It uses a lot of logos and pathos in its argument. Much of how it is structured is with emotional appeal to people that is triggered by some sort of fact about the food we eat. I feel it was successful in its goal to educate america on its the real cost and production of the food it eats.
